The KICKS Tae Kwon Do program is for all students 8 and older. You start as a White or Yellow belt and can earn up to a Black Belt in this program. Unlock your potential and learn to master your own weaknesses. Students who have earned a rank at a different school may be able to start at that rank.

Participants will learn discipline, focus, gain confidence, learn respect for yourself and others. Participants will also make new friends and get in shape.

Homeschool children will learn the fundamentals of fitness and swimming. Students will participate in numerous activities that focus on physical fitness, team building, conditioning and learning to swim or working on stroke development and technique. We encourage each child to adopt a healthy lifestyle, which includes swimming and physical fitness.

For tumblers who have mastered Tumbling I (upon instructor’s approval). Your child will continue to build balancing, and strength skills. End goal: Your child will master cartwheels/round-offs, handstands, back walkovers.
